Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How to return
Email hello@montoaeru.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Free size exchanges on all eligible items. If your size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.
